Course description

This pre-intermediate course focuses on all four core language skills: reading, writing, speaking and listening.

The course covers talking about weekend/holiday plans, making office phone calls, seeing someone off, going shopping, drinking tea, making comments about someone, talking about sickness/favourite season, looking for missing things, persuading someone, asking about the length of time something takes, farewell, buying houses, parsing, encouraging someone, comparing, subjects, commuting, etc.

This course is between the HSK 2-3 exam or CEFRL A2-B1.

We recommend that three hours of independent study be undertaken each week to ensure students can keep up with the pace of the course.
