Whether you’re taking your first steps on your Mandarin journey or are a seasoned learner, we offer courses to suit all levels.
Our classes are taught in person on campus at The University of Manchester or online on Microsoft Teams.

Our Autumn Term courses are now open for enrolment via our e-store. Term runs from 5 October to 12 December. Please make sure you check the courses on our website before you enrol. Only the courses hyperlinked below will be running this term.

Conversational Mandarin courses
Our Conversational courses are designed for learners wanting to develop their speaking and listening skills. They do not cover Chinese characters.

Our HSK 3 and HSK 4 exam preparation courses focus specifically on revising the key grammar points and vocabulary, learning the exam skills, practising mock exams and preparing for the exams.
