Chinese Food in Manchester 2
1 December 2015
In this edition we would like to present our all-time favourite Manchester restaurants specialising in Cantonese cuisine (广东菜 Guangdongcài)
Cantonese cuisine (广东菜 Guangdongcài) comes from Guangdong province and it is the most widely served style of Chinese cuisine in the world. This is because most of the Chinese who immigrated and set up restaurants overseas were from Guangdong. Unlike other Chinese styles of cooking such as Sichuan style where the cook buries the food in a lot of spices and oil, a Cantonese chef aims to bring out or highlight the original flavour of the vegetable, meat, or fruit by using little spice or sugar. In this edition we would like to present our favourite Manchester restaurants specialising in Cantonese Cuisine /Yue Cuisine in Manchester:
